Online Therapy
Under some circumstances it may be difficult to conduct therapy in person, such as during the current corona crisis. However, psychotherapy can also be helpful and can work well through online video consultation or even through classic phone calls. I have been using these means for many years.
For video consultation I like using FaceTime or Skype (if you prefer Zoom, I’m ok with that too). I find FaceTime to be the easiest to use; however, FaceTime only works on Apple computers and iPhones. If you have a PC or an Android phone it will have to be Skype.
